UCS was developed with an affiliated network of doctors, skilled nurses, physical therapists, occupational therapists, mental health counselors, and strives to ensure patients are connected with every service that can enhance the quality of their lives.

United Care Services, LLC consists of a team of highly skilled and compassionate caregivers whose sole focus is on the well-being of your loved one. Our staff consists of Registered Nurses (RN’s), Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN’s), CNAs, and experienced and trained care givers, who are dedicated to treating patients like their own family.
